How can I get my Bright futures scholarship back?

I dropped out of school in 2005 and am ready to go back is there anyway I can get my sholarship back it's the Florida bright futures one that you keep your whole 4 years in college.|||You can try to reapply for the Bright Futures scholarhship but it's not guaranteed for all 4 years.
